Chris quickly finds knotted muscles/inflammation! I walked in with swelling along my spine after lifting some heavy furniture, and walked out of Chris’s massage with all the pain/swelling gone! His prices are very affordable for how much excellent work he does! I’ve been to several massage therapists throughout my life for various different muscle aches and pains but none of them were as helpful or knowledgable as Chris! I would highly recommend The Healing Stone Spa. In my first session with Chris 2 years ago, I was unable to move my head to the left because of of a lifting injury to my neck and upper back. After just one 90 minute session, Chris was able to restore full and pain free mobility in my neck. I have continued to see Chris on a monthly basis to prevent injuries and increase mobility. I can always see a difference in my form while performing Olympic lifts on the day following a session with Chris. He is very professional in his treatment and listens and assesses your concerns and needs to make a customized session for what you need. I was so pleased to get a last min appt on a Sunday at that. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional . The massage was wonderful . And the I liked the way he explained things to me and the things I could do at home to keep my muscles feeling good. I will definitely be making another appointment.
